Cancellation Policy for Pet Visits, Dog Walks and Overnight Care
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the scheduled pet visit or dog walk is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, the full cost of the service will apply.
If the scheduled Over Night Care is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, the minimum charge of $40 will apply.
Holiday & Vacation Cancellations: Please understand Pet Sitting Services receive more requests for Reservations than can be handled during Holiday & Vacation time periods and we may have turned away other Clients because we have reserved time for you during a busy Holiday or Vacation Season. If you Cancel Seven (7) Days or less before any Holiday, you will be charged for half of the sessions/visits. Holiday cancellations received with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full session/visit cost.
Returned Check Charge
There will be a $40 charge for each returned check. No exceptions will be made.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due in advance prior to Visit or Overnight Care unless otherwise specified. Payment may be in the form of Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Propay, Zelle or Credit Card.
There are NO REFUNDS for early returns. Additional Fees apply for extended stays.
